Discrimination Law in Practice CPD Series
JusticeNet is proud to present the Discrimination Law in Practice CPD Series. The purpose of this series is to deliver targeted CPD and training (hybrid of in person and online) for private lawyers and community legal services to build confidence and capability in discrimination law.
In the delivery of our services we have noticed a gap in awareness and use of discrimination law for people experiencing poverty in South Australia. By the end of this series, all lawyers and advocates who attend will be better placed to advise and help people recognise when discrimination is unlawful and what options are available.
Thanks to our members, and the Wyatt Trust, we are glad to offer this series free not only to our members but also to all Legal Services Commission and Community Legal Centre staff.
The calibre of speakers in this series is incredible and we thank them for their support of this series. Spots are limited so please register below ASAP to secure your spot.
