How we can help

We will obtain a legal opinion about an applicant's situation and, where there is sufficient legal merit, we will endeavour to refer applicants for representation in the Federal Circuit Court or Federal Court.

Am I eligible?

If you, or your client, has received an adverse decision from the Administrative Appeals Tribunal or the Immigration Assessment Authority you can make an application to JusticeNet.

How do I apply?
